This is a service which helps to find the best route in the suburbs and between cities. Platform-A builds possible routes to go by buses, minibuses and trains. You just need to choose the most suitable route and buy tickets

Information about railway routes is taken from the official website of Belarusian RailWay rw.by.
Information about bus routes of state bus operators is taken from the website ticketbus.by.
We also have our own timetable database supported by our carrier partners.
To publish your timetable you need to fill out an Excel table in a certain format and keep it up to date. The service is currently free. To connect you should send a request to ptns.platforma@gmail.com. See more details here
Send route information to spt.platforma@gmail.com with:
- route number;
- direction (from where and where)
- departure time from the starting station or departure time from the stop you specified;
- information about the carrier: public fleet or private carrier, name (optional).
We will try to negotiate with the carrier so that he adds his routes to our application.
If the stop is indicated incorrectly or there are errors in the description, then in the application in the details of the stop, click on the button with an exclamation mark and report an error. In the description, indicate what information is incorrect or missing, and tell you how to correct it.
You can also report a bug to us by writing to spt.platforma@gmail.com (you can use the app).
If your app does not have a stop, please include in your support message:
- the full name of the stop, or whatever you know (for example, stop Vitovtsy, Dolginovsky s / s, Vileika district, Minsk region, Belarus);
- coordinates of the stop (in one or, better, in both directions);
- we will also be helped by a photo of the stop and a photo of the schedule, if any, or indicate the routes that pass through it.
After the request, we will make corrections or add a stop in the application, as well as analyze the reasons why the error occurred.

For starters, you can find out why there is no flight and when the next one. You can find out information:
- by calling the bus station from where the flight departs (phone number in the station details);
- contact the information desk of the bus stations of Belarus by calling 114 (the call is PAYABLE);
- or make a call to the carrier (phone in the information about the carrier of this flight).
Report the incident to application support. To do this, write to us at spt.platforma@gmail.com (you can use the application). We analyze such errors in order to avoid their recurrence in the future.
We would like to note that the application shows the schedule received from official sites. Unfortunately, on some sites (for example, ticketbus.by) there is no prompt display of flight cancellations. Therefore, we recommend you to clarify your route availability by phone if the application does not display any information about tickets.
While the project is at an early stage. Selling tickets through the application is one of our key goals, and we will try to launch it as early as possible. We will definitely notify our users when this functionality is close to release.
